With a bowl of 12 grain oats mixed with flax seed and chia seed. Topped with shredded coconut, hemp and blueberries. And oh, don’t forget to drizzle some agave nectar on top!

  1. Looks great!!! I’m challenged for breakfasts as am a texture gal – no porridge (or the like) for me so any suggestions in that regard would be great. I think I’d do well in Asia as a morning rice would be fine just nothing like porridge consistency,

    1. I can totally relate to being a texture gal too–I was one myself up until a few years ago. Do you eat yogurt? If so substituting the 12 grain oats with almond or coconut yogurt is delish! Great brands at the local TNS store. My other go to brekkies are toasted pumpernickel bread with mashed avocado and half a grapefruit or a green smoothie. Quick and simple but filling — pack the AM with protein!
